Cabinet Transformation - Maple to Oak

This was a different transformation.  In past jobs the clients have wanted to take light oak cabinets and make them dark.  But these wonderful clients wanted to lighten and brighten their kitchen by updating their maple cabinets into a medium oak color.  And, they wanted the wallpaper removed and replaced with mural work.

I did faux graining on these to make them look authentic.  New hardware was also added to update the look.

I painted the fruit mural and leaves to match my clients plates

~ The client is thrilled, and I'm really happy too.  I wasn't sure how this was going to turn out and I'm really pleased with the results. ~

Victorian Home Murals

~ I was so fortunate to be asked to paint these murals in a gorgeous Victorian Home. ~

~ With all of the antiques placed back in the rooms, the walls looked like antique wallpaper. ~

Furry Babies

~ This was a very special job. The clients wanted bookshelves painted in this room, and they wanted their beautiful kitty Elvis to be on one of the shelves. Unfortunately Elvis had passed away and they wanted to remember him sleeping contently on the shelf. ~

~ We thought Elvis needed a friend on the bookshelves, so my kitty "Squeeker" made an appearance too. ~
~ Another client wanted their sweet dog to be sitting in the corner of their kitchen. Memorialized where he liked to sit, and with his favorite ball. ~

Redlands Unified School District

~ At one time, Redlands was covered in Orange Tree groves. Acres and acres of them. The Redlands Unified School District asked me to recreate the wonderful orange groves on the walls of their Enrollment Center. ~

Jump Zone

The Jump Zone is a fun play center for kids.  I had a great time on this job!

Loma Linda Childrens Oncology Clinic

Working on things for children to see while being treated for cancer was incredibly rewarding for me personally. Knowing that my artwork may bring them a little joy brings me happiness. The theme, as you can tell, was "under the sea".
